About Dr. Tajiri

 

I am Dr. Tajiri Brackens, The Workplace Wizard™, and I believe leadership isn’t a position, it’s a living currency. Culture isn’t built with policy manuals it’s shaped by influence, empathy, and trust.

For over 30 years, I have transformed workplaces and leaders, those whose value is overlooked and those who believe in ROI-driven loyalty. My mission? To turn bleeding organizations into cultures where 

people refuse to leave.


Why I Do This

I grew up watching leaders make decisions that cost people their dignity. I’ve seen the cost when cultures collapse: great people walk out the door, talent becomes transactional, and trust erodes.

I write, speak, and consult now because I refuse to watch humanity bleed for profit. I built bridges where there were walls. I turn invisible leaders into catalysts. I help decision-makers stop hemorrhaging ROI by anchoring loyalty in purpose, clarity, and connection.
